The Founder
Paula Callan is celebrated as one of Ireland’s premier make-up artists, with a career spanning over 30 years. She initially entered the fashion industry as a model at the young age of 17, but soon discovered her true passion lay in make-up artistry.
After working freelance for five years, Paula joined M.A.C. as a Senior Artist for Ireland and the UK, collaborating with top designers like Alexander McQueen and DSquared2.
Her work has been featured in prestigious publications such as UK Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Marie Claire. In one remarkable year, she flew over 70 times, deepening her expertise and knowledge in the make-up industry while meeting celebrities and make-up artists from around the globe.
In addition to her extensive work in make-up artistry, Paula is dedicated to education and mentorship. She founded the Artistry Academy, offering courses from fundamental to advanced levels for both everyday individuals and professional make-up artists.
